قبل المصارعة:
كان جون سينا قبل ان يصبح مصارعا
يلعب الفوتبول الامريكي لكلية في مدينة Massachusetts,
بدا بالتدريب ليصبح مصارعا في جيل مبكر عندما كان ابن 15 عام
حيث تدرب على يد Rick Bassman بعدما كان لاعب كرة قدم امريكي
قصة انضمامه للاتحاد ومسيرته:
عندما ترك لعبة الفوتبول الامريكي
بعثة احد اخوته المدعو Bell الى كلية Ultimate University
في مدينة لوس انجلوس
كي يتعلم المصارعة على يد المدرب Rick Bassman
حيث كان يقول له عبارة : 50% رجل و50% الة = 100% مصارع متكامل.
وفي عام 2000 استطاعه ان يهزم Smelly
ويحصل على لقب upw
وحقق انجاز اخر عندما فاز ببطولة ovw للفرق الثنائية.
هذه الانجازات وشعبيته المتزايدة ادت بفينس مكمان
لعقد اتفاق معه فقبل الاتفاق
وقع مع الاتحاد والتحق بالسماك داون
وكان اول لقاء له مع كيرت انجل حيث قدم اتداء رائع
الا انه خسر المباراةومع ذلك تحولت حياة جون
في المصارعة منذ تلك المباراة.
لم تكن مسيرة جون في البداية سهلة
حيث انه خسر الكثير من المباريات الا ان حقق اول نصر له
في فينجيس على كريس جيركو.
بعد ذلك بدا بصقل شخصيته كمصارع باتباع اسلوب الراب
حيث كان يلقي خطاب عن خصمه
قبل بداية المباراة واحيانا يلجا الى التجريح والاهانات
حقق انتصارات عديدة على مصارعين من الدرجة الثانية
امثال سبانكي واورلاندو جوردون وغيرهم
الا ان جاء التحدي الكبير ضد
بروك لاسنير في باك لاش بعدما ربح الترشيح
الا انه لم يستطع الصمود امام ليسنر بعدها
لتضيع منه فرصة الفوز باللقب.
بعدها فاز بلقب الولايات المتحدة
وبدا نجمه بالسطوع اكثر وقد ساهم انتصاره في سورفايفر
سيرييس بعد ان نفذ حركته على بيغ شو
في شهرته اكثر وفي هذه الفتره
دخل في عداوة مع بيج شو مما ساهم في تحول شخصيته
المكروهه الى المحبوبة وكانت المفاجاة
عندما استطاع هزم البيج شو في راسيبلمينيا 20 .
حافظ جون على لقبة
الى ان خسره في مباراة سداسية
لكنه استطاع استرجاعه في نيو جيرسي
بعد سلسلة مباريات قوية ضد بوكر تي.
الا انه ابتعد عن الحلبات شهرين بعد خسارة
لقبة لكارليتو وتعرضه لحادث الطعن في خاصرته
من قبل الحارس الشخصي لكارليتو جيسوس.
الانتقام:
في سورفايفر سيريس فاجاء ادي غيريرو كارليتو
عندما قال له ان العضو الرابع
في فريقه سيكون جون سينا
وفي سورفايفر سيريس بدى جون عدوانيا
الى درجة انه لحق كارليتو خارج الحلبة
وطرده من المباراة,
في وقت لاحق قرر المدير العام لسماك داون
مباراة بين كارليتو وجون حيث تقابلا في مباراة
لم تدم 10 دقائق واستطاع جون استعادة لقبه
وتحديد مباراة ضد جيسوس في ارماجيدن.
حيث لعبا مباراة حرب شوارع
لم يستطع جيسوس الصمود في وجه سينا
الثائر وخسر له المباراة
واستطاع سينا الثار لاصابته.
بعد هذا اتى مهرجان رويال ريمبل القاضي
بان الفائز بمباراة الرويال ريمبل
يستطيع ان يلاقي احد ابطال الدبليو اي
او الوزن الثقيل واستطاع سينا ان يصمد الى اخر التحدي
الى ان فاز عليه باتيستا
وكانت هذه اخر فرصه له.
الامل يعو من جديد:
بعد رويال ريمبل قرر المدير العام لسماك داون
ان يعمل تصفية المرشح الاول ل8 مصارعين
منهم جون سينا والفائز سيلاقي بطل دبليو اي
في راسيلمينيا وبالفعل استطاع الفوز بالتصفيات
بعد مباراة صعبة مع كيرت انجل ليلاقي جي بي ال في راسيلمينيا.
كانت هذه الفرصة فرصة جون سينا
كي ينتزع اللقب من جي بي ال
حيث ان الاخير لم يخسر قرابة السنة
ومع اشتداد العداوة بينهما وتسبب جي بي ال
في خسارة جون لحزام الولايات المتحدة وتدميره لحزام
جون الخاص تلاقى في راسيلمينيا وبعد مباراة صعبة
استطاع ان يفوز باللقب ليصبح اول مرة يفوز بلقب الدبليو اي.
وفي جدجمينت دي استطاع المحافظة
على لقبة ضد جي بي ال بعد مباراة حامية الوطيس بينهما.
وبعد جدجمنت دي نقل جون الى الراو
وهناك نشات بينه وبين جيركو عداوة
ما زالت الى الان

تاريخ لا يستحسن لكل مهتم بالمصارعة أن ينساه ! , ,
لنعود للوراء 16 سنة ونتذكر يوم 22 / 11 / 1990 ظهور الأسطورة الأول .. طبعا عرفتوه
ظهور The Undertaker الأول في الـ WWE في مهرجان Survivor Series 1990
واليوم نحن نعيش بعد 16 سنة من هذا الظهور , نعيش في عام 2007في الوقت الذي لازال The Undertaker مصارع !

DX showing off their signature poseAlthough Triple H failed to win the Royal Rumble match at Royal Rumble 2006 to earn a title shot, another championship opportunity arose for Triple H in the Road to WrestleMania Tournament. He won it, granting him a match for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 22. At WrestleMania, Triple H and John Cena fought in the main event for the WWE Championship, which Triple H lost via submission.[56] Later that month at Backlash 2006, Triple H was involved in another WWE Championship match, fighting Edge and John Cena in a Triple Threat match, where he lost again. In an act of frustration, a bloodied Triple H used his sledgehammer to (kayfabe) attack both Edge and Cena and then performed a number of DX crotch chops.[57] Triple H unsuccessfully attempted to win the WWE title from Cena on numerous occasions, blaming his shortcomings on Vince McMahon, which eventually lead to a storyline feud between the McMahons and Triple H.
Shawn Michaels returned on the June 12, 2006 edition of Raw and soon reunited with Triple H to reform, D-Generation X.[58] DX defeated the Spirit Squad at Vengeance 2006 in a 5-on-2 handicap match.[59] They continued their feud with Vince McMahon, Shane McMahon and the Spirit Squad for several weeks. They then defeated the Spirit Squad again at Saturday Night's Main Event in a 5-on-2 Elimination match. They then again defeated the McMahons at SummerSlam 2006, withstanding the attack of several handpicked WWE superstars by Vince McMahon.[57] At Unforgiven 2006, D-Generation X overcame the odds once again, defeating The McMahons and ECW World Champion Big Show in a Hell in a Cell match (the seventh Hell in a Cell match for Triple H and the third for Shawn Michaels). DX embarrassed Vince by shoving his face in between the Big Show's buttocks during the match, and DX won when Triple H broke a sledgehammer over the shoulders of Vince McMahon after Michaels delivered Sweet Chin Music to him.[60]
At Cyber Sunday 2006 during their feud with Edge and Randy Orton, the fans selected special guest referee Eric Bischoff, who allowed the illegal use of a weapon to give Rated-RKO the ill-gotten win.[60] At Survivor Series 2006, DX got their revenge when their team defeated Edge and Orton's team in an Elimination Match with a clean sweep.[61] At New Year's Revolution 2007, DX and Rated-RKO fought to a no-contest after Triple H suffered a legitimate torn right quadriceps (similar to the one he suffered in 2001 but in the other leg) fifteen minutes into the match.[62][63][64] A successful surgery was performed on January 9, 2007 by Dr. James Andrews.[62]
King of Kings (2007-present)
Triple H performing his iconic ring entrance pose on the second rope following his 2007 comebackTriple H made his in-ring return at SummerSlam 2007, defeating King Booker.[65] Upon his return he won the WWE Championship at No Mercy 2007 after beating the newly named Champion, Randy Orton who had been awarded the title less than twenty minutes earlier, making him an 11-time World Champion.[66] In the same event, Triple H also defeated Umaga in his first title defense after Mr. McMahon declared his already-scheduled bout with Umaga a title match.[67] McMahon then announced Orton would receive a title rematch in a Last Man Standing match in the final match of the event; which Orton won after an RKO, thus ending Triple H's sixth reign.[67] Triple H's title reign at No Mercy is the fourth shortest reign in WWE history, only lasting through the duration of the event.[68] In the RAW Elimination Chamber at No Way Out, Triple H earned himself a Championship match at WrestleMania XXIV, by outlasting five other men.[69]

On June 24, 2006 Punk made his ECW debut during a house show at the former ECW Arena, defeating Stevie Richards.[27] He made his TV debut on the July 4 episode of ECW on Sci Fi, cutting a brief pre-taped face promo about his straight edge lifestyle emphasizing the disciplinary aspects of being drug and alcohol free.[28] Although he had retained the straight edge gimmick, he now had a Muay Thai training background. Punk made his TV wrestling debut on August 1, 2006 at the Hammerstein Ballroom, defeating Justin Credible.[29] CM Punk established himself in ECW by going undefeated, defeating opponents such as Christopher W. Anderson,[30] Stevie Richards,[31] and Shannon Moore.[32]
Soon after, Punk began feuding with Mike Knox after Knox's girlfriend, Kelly Kelly, was seen to have feelings for Punk.[32] Punk defeated Mike Knox in their first singles match (qualifying for the Extreme Elimination Chamber at December to Dismember in the process)[33] as well as the rematch, after which Kelly Kelly celebrated CM Punk's victory over her boyfriend.[34] Punk then went on to team with D-Generation X and the Hardy Boyz in their Survivor Series match against Rated-RKO, Knox, Johnny Nitro and Gregory Helms, a match where all the participants on DX's side survived elimination.[35] At December to Dismember, Punk participated in the Extreme Elimination Chamber for the ECW World Championship, however he was the first person eliminated.[36]
Following this, Punk entered into a feud with Hardcore Holly, who ended Punk's six month unbeaten streak in singles competition on January 9, 2007.[37] Punk went on to feud with Matt Striker, who gave him his second singles loss since being in ECW on January 30.[38] Following this Punk qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania 23 by defeating Johnny Nitro,[39] being the only member of the ECW roster to qualify. In the final week leading up to WrestleMania 23 Punk made appearances on both RAW and SmackDown! defeating Kenny Dykstra[40] and former World Heavyweight Champion King Booker[41] respectively. At WrestleMania 23 Punk competed in, but did not win, the Money in the Bank ladder match being knocked off the ladder just seconds before the winner, Mr. Kennedy, claimed the briefcase.[42]
On the April 10 edition of ECW on Sci-Fi, Punk officially joined the New Breed stable,[43] after several weeks in which both the New Breed and the ECW Originals had attempted to recruit him.[44][45] However two weeks later Punk betrayed the New Breed during a four on four elimination match between the New Breed and ECW Originals by kicking New Breed leader Elijah Burke in the back of the head costing them the match. After the match Punk proceeded to deliver his finisher, the Go To Sleep, on Burke before leaving the ring alone. WWE.com later confirmed that Punk was no longer a member of the New Breed.[46] At Judgment Day 2007, Punk wrestled and defeated Elijah Burke in his first singles match on a pay-per-view.[47] Punk would then go on to One Night Stand 2007 and team up with Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman in a Tables match to defeat the New Breed.
Due to the drafting of ECW World Champion Bobby Lashley to RAW the ECW World Championship was declared vacant and a mini-tournament was announced to declare a new champion between Punk, Elijah Burke, Marcus Cor Von and the recently drafted Chris Benoit. Punk defeated Marcus Cor Von on the June 19 edition of ECW on Sci-Fi. By doing so CM Punk was meant to face Chris Benoit at Vengeance 2007 for the vacant ECW World Championship,[48] however Benoit was hastily replaced by Johnny Nitro when Benoit no-showed the event due to what was described on-air as "personal reasons". Nitro subsequently defeated Punk at Vengeance for the vacant championship.[49] Punk won another shot at the title at The Great American Bash against Johnny Nitro, who had changed his moniker to John Morrison by this point, however Punk was defeated again by Morrison.[50] Punk the next week would challenge Elijah Burke and Tommy Dreamer in a triple threat match to determine the next competitor in John Morrison's 15 Minutes of Fame Challenge in Youngstown, Ohio, in which Punk came out victorious.[51] A week later Punk would defeat Morrison with the G.T.S. to earn an ECW Championship title match at SummerSlam. At Saturday Night's Main Event CM Punk would team up with Boogeyman to take on and defeat Morrison and Big Daddy V. CM Punk lost to Morrison for the ECW Championship when Morrison used the ropes for leverage at SummerSlam.[52]
At the September 1, 2007 (aired September 4) ECW taping in Cincinnati, Ohio, in a "last chance" title match, Punk defeated John Morrison for the ECW Championship. Punk then went on to have successful title defenses against the likes of Elijah Burke (at Unforgiven),[53] Big Daddy V via disqualifaction (at No Mercy)[54] and The Miz (at Cyber Sunday).[55]. On the November 6, 2007 edition of ECW, Punk retained the ECW Championship in a match against John Morrison following The Miz's interference. At Survivor Series, Punk retained his title in a Triple Threat Match, beating The Miz and John Morrison.[56]
On the January 22, 2008 edition of ECW, Chavo Guerrero defeated CM Punk in a No Disqualification match to win the ECW Championship following interference from Edge

Gimmick
Punk has adopted his real-life following of the straight edge movement as his professional wrestling gimmick, but the gimmick uses different elements of Punk's personality and the beliefs of the straight edge movement depending on his alignment. While portraying a face, the gimmick tends to be that of Punk's normal personality,[6] largely indifferent to others who drink alcohol, smoke tobacco, partake in recreational drug use or have promiscuous sexual behavior, but emphasizing the social discipline involved with abstinence. Conversely, his heel personality tends to be that of one who is hardline, exemplifying the elitist attitudes and superiority complexes - defined by Punk's common mantra during heel promos that, because he is straight edge, he is "better than you".[6] Regardless of alignment, Punk performs the straight edge symbol of crossing his arms in an X formation while having the letter X written on the back of his hands, usually drawn on his wrist tape.

وهو يعرف ايضاً بأنه اكثر المصارعين تعباً وجداً في الدبليو دبليو أي ، كما ان الاتحاد يستعمله ويرهقه كثيراً وعلى الرغم من انهم في معظم الاحيان يسيؤون اليه .
ولقد تدرب بنواة في Calgary, Alberta تحت قيادة ستو هارت Stu Hart في زنزانته ، واصبح واحداً من العديد من النجوم الذين تخرجوا على يد ستو هارت ، بجانب البارزين في عالم المصارع مثل بريت هارت واوين هارت ، وايضاً كلا من Davey Boy Smith و Lance Storm و Chris Jericho و الآخرين الكثيرون .
ولقد حصل كريس بنواة على العديد من الالقاب ، وكان اللقب الاكثر رفعة وشهرة ومكانة له هو حزام الوزن الثقيل في الدبليو دبليو أي WWE's World Heavyweight Championship .

Pro Wrestling Illustrated * لقد صنفه الـ PWI في المركز رقم 69 من اصل افضل 500 مصارع فردي لسنوات الـ PWI وذلك عام 2003 م .* ولقد ربح ايضاً ثلاث جوائز من الـ PWI في عام 2004م ، وهم : مصارع العام Wrestler of the Year و عداء العام Feud of the Year ضد تربل اتش ومباراة العام Match of the Year ضد تربل اتش وشون مايكلز .* صنفه الـ PWI في المركز الأول ( 1 ) من اصل احسن 500 مصارع فردي لعام 2004م.
